Delivery Timeframes


Standard orders to a UK delivery address usually take 2-4 working days from the day you place your order to being delivered to your address. Scottish Highlands and Islands may take up to 2 working days longer for delivery than mainland UK. Delivery to Europe typically takes an additional 2 working days and delivery outside of Europe will take longer, depending on the destination country.


Standard orders will normally be delivered via Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked service and are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Smaller items will be posted through your letterbox, but for larger items a card will be left should no-one be there to accept the parcel. We are happy to deliver to work addresses, excluding PO Box numbers. In some instances, and at our discretion, we will upgrade to a traceable courier service at no extra cost to you.


Standard delivery timeframes are subject to stock availability from our warehouse. Where stock has to be picked from one of our stores, the delivery time may be extended. For goods that are out of stock, we will update you with our anticipated delivery date within 1 working day of receiving the order.


Next Day Delivery or high value orders will be delivered via a Parcelforce tracked service and will require a signature on delivery.


Orders for overseas delivery will be delivered via a tracked service and will require a signature on delivery


Different colours and sizes of the same item can have different delivery times. Please pay attention to the delivery date stated.


Parcels will be despatched when all items in your order are available. To arrange a split parcel delivery, please contact our customer services team.

Deliveries from Snow and Rock are not made duty paid, so additional local duty and taxes need to be paid in certain countries to enable receipt of the goods. This is the customer’s responsibility.

Purchase Contract

Snow and Rock's acceptance of your order commences when your order is despatched. At this point, the purchase contract is formed and you will be charged for the goods.

If your parcel show signs of damage on receipt from the courier, please make a note of this on the courier’s documents or if possible take photographs of the damaged areas. This will assist in any claims which may occur at a later date.
