Your snowboard gear is a significant investment; protect it from airline baggage handlers, accidental drops and damages with high-quality luggage. Whether you’re looking for something slim-line for a single board or if you’re loading up the whole family’s gear into one bag, we have numerous options and sizes available. Some features include split-tier carry systems for carrying both skis and snowboards, armour-panelled bags to prevent damage while in transit and extra-durable, tear-proof fabrics and ultra-tough stitching to keep everything together for trip after trip.

Hand-picked by our expert staff to suit all needs and budgets, we provide a wide range of sizes, colours and styles from the biggest brands in the industry: including DakineBurton, and Thule, among many others. We also have our own in-house brand as an affordable, high-quality alternative. Prepare for every adventure with Snow+Rock.

A snowboard bag should be slightly longer than your board - typically 5–10 cm more - to allow for bindings, boots, and padding. Common sizes range from 155 cm to 195 cm, depending on board length and accessories.

High-denier polyester (600D–1200D), nylon, and ripstop fabrics are most common for strength and abrasion resistance. Many premium models use PVC reinforcements, Cordura panels, or tarpaulin linings for weatherproofing and impact resistance.

Padded bags, which include 3–10 mm dense foam lining, protect gear during flights or long travel. Unpadded models are lighter and ideal for short car trips or storage at home.

Yes, for frequent travelers or heavy gear setups. Wheeled bags reduce strain when moving through airports and hotels, with durable urethane or rubber wheels that handle snow and uneven terrain.

These bags use waterproof coatings (PU or PVC), sealed YKK zippers, and internal polyethylene or tarpaulin liners to prevent moisture from melting snow from reaching your gear.

Some travel models can fit two boards (one with bindings removed), boots, outerwear, and accessories. Compression straps stabilise everything for air travel.

Hybrid or hard case designs offer superior impact protection from baggage handling. They often include structured ends, foam padding, and lockable compartments for multiple boards.

Day packs are lightweight (15–30L) for carrying essentials, such as water, avalanche gear, and spare layers, while riding. They’re made with water-resistant nylon and feature compression straps and snowboard carry loops.

Yes. Many 2025 designs, such as those from Burton, use recycled polyester, bluesign®-approved materials, and PFC-free waterproof coatings to minimize environmental impact without sacrificing durability.
