General
With fitted Matrix softshell outer, Rab's new Velocity Guide Glove is built to keep you fast, dextrous and accurate on technical mountain routes and ski mountaineering trips.
Inspired by the European ski tour scene, where control and durability are key, the Velocity Guide Glove delivers the ultimate in touch-sensitive protection. It is built from double-woven Matrix nylon with a DWR coating for a highly practical combination of windproofing, weather resistance and moisture management. It also uses a premium cotton-based Bemberg lining, which is light and breathable, with a silky texture that feels great against the skin. Pre-curved for an easy grab, additional ski mountaineering features include an adjustable wrist strap and a resilient goat leather palm with grippy digital overlay. They also include an Airprene pull-on cuff with multiple surface perforations for optimal air and moisture exchange.

About this brand
The Rab story began in 1981 in the attic of a small, terraced house in Sheffield where Rab Carrington made the first sleeping bag to bear his name. Hand-stitched and devised with his own ingenious eye, Rab's experience from years spent in the mountains was apparent in his designs, and soon there was popular demand from Rab's friends and the growing local climbing community. Now, decades later, those honest, hard-wearing designs can be found all over the world; wherever adventurous individuals face up to the elements. From Himalayan peaks to cold, crisp evenings around a camp fire. This began as the brand's story, but it also belongs to those who've loved and cared for each and every one of our products. Who've made them their companions on long trips and expeditions.
