All you would ever need as a training aid
Having researched this and compared it with the competitors I'm glad I bought this one. The quality is as expected from Garmin and once charged and software downloaded from Garmin Connect (which is easy), worked fantastic straight away. The choice of displays is a great tool and the display on the computer screen with full analysis is amazing. The device finds satellites quickly and is pinpoint accurate, once back from a run the auto download with the Ant+ USB is fast and no problems. I used to use an iPhone App but the battery drain was huge and the functions are very limited. With this the possibilities to use as a training aid are almost limitless.
I am now in training for a 100mile 24hr Ultra Endurance Event, which is why I decided to get this. Having used it just twice I can see that this is going to be crucial to my intense training over the next twelve months.
Sure it may seem a bit pricey, but if your serious about your sport, you will not be disappointed.
