Artilect base layers are designed for exceptional performance, combining natural merino wool with innovative Nuyarn technology.
This technology blends merino wool fibres around a synthetic core, resulting in fabric that dries five times faster, stretches 35% more, and offers 50% greater durability than traditional merino. These layers provide excellent warmth and breathability, with zoned mesh panels enhancing ventilation in key areas like underarms and back. Features such as thumb loops keep sleeves securely in place, while a half-zip with a raised collar allows quick temperature regulation. The fabric is naturally moisture-wicking and odour-resistant, helping to maintain comfort over long periods of use in active outdoor conditions. Flatlocked seams reduce chafing, and the snug, sculpted fit maximises thermal efficiency and freedom of movement.
