If you want to place an order with us but you are unsure about one of the below areas please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to answer the query.

Do you have stock of the item?
Every item that we show online will have stock or will have been ordered from our suppliers. We source our stock from either our warehouse or our stores. From time to time the stock we receive isn't up to our high standards for sending to you. If this happens we will contact you and source a replacement. You won't be charged for an item until we have shipped the goods and have a consignment number from Royal Mail or a courier. I'd rather have a catalogue then look through the website
Each year we produce 4 catalogues: A wintersports catalogue in the autumn, two outdoor sports catalogues - one in spring and one in autumn, and an equipment annual in the spring. If you would like to receive any / all of these please click here or call 0845 100 1000 to request them.

I want to track my order
We provide a tracking facility online with every order placed. Login to your account here to see the order status.
- Ordered/In Progress (Exported) - This means that the items have been located in our picking system and we are waiting for them to come to our despatch team. We pick items from our warehouse and stores. Warehouse items will arrive to our despatch team on the same day if the order was placed before 16:00. Store items can take up to 3 days to arrive and are inspected on arrival. In the rare case that there has been damage to the item in transit, we re-pick a replacement from another store, however, this can add a couple days to the delivery time. In some cases the item will still be on order with our supplier. In these cases you will be contacted by one of our sales team and informed of the expected delivery date.
- Dispatched - We've sent your order via Royal Mail or courier to you. You will receive an email with the tracking number, which is also available on your account page. Click here to login. All parcels go on a 48 hour service from despatch.
- Complete - Someone has signed for the item and it has been delivered by the courier.
