Energy Gel Caffeine is a scientifically formulated, multi-carbohydrate gel with caffeine that replenishes your body’s depleted carbohydrate stores. Usage:
Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet.
Dosage:
Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink. It is reccommended that you can take up to 13 gels per day (or 400 mg/day of caffeine) however, please consider how much caffeine you're consuming from other sources when deciding how much is best for you.
