Smith Helmets

Smith ski helmets are designed to keep you safe, comfortable, and cool on the mountain. Featuring MIPS technology, they reduce rotational forces during impacts, adding an extra layer of protection for your head. Koroyd material offers excellent energy absorption by crumpling on impact, giving reliable shock resistance for all types of falls.

These helmets boast lightweight construction combined with a custom fit system, using adjustable dials for quick and easy sizing. Ventilation is well thought out, with vents that help regulate airflow and keep fog off your goggles. Removable ear pads and liners let you customise warmth based on the conditions.

Smith helmets pair perfectly with their goggles, thanks to a design that eliminates gaps for a snug, integrated fit. With a range of styles and colours, Smith brings together safety and style so you can ski or ride with confidence and comfort every day on the slopes.

Smith helmets feature advanced safety systems like Koroyd® and MIPS®. Koroyd’s tubular cells crumple on impact to absorb energy, while MIPS® reduces rotational forces from angled impacts, helping protect against concussions and brain injuries. This combination provides industry-leading protection for skiing, snowboarding, and other snowsports.

Smith offers several fit systems, including VaporFit™ Snow, DFS2, and the Lifestyle Fit System. These systems use adjustable dials or elastic straps to accommodate a wide range of head shapes and sizes, ensuring a secure, comfortable fit for all-day wear on the slopes.

Yes, Smith helmets are designed for seamless integration with Smith goggles. This integration minimises gaps, enhances ventilation, and ensures a fog-free fit, giving you clear vision and optimal comfort during your snowsports activities.

Smith helmets use in-mold or hybrid construction for durability while remaining lightweight. Models like the Vantage offer a two-part shell for extra toughness, while lighter models like the Method are still robust but may be more prone to cosmetic dents if mishandled.
