Light weight and small pack size. Impressive ground clearance given the packed size. Only annoying feature is that it is quite noisy and rustles a lot when moving on the mat. Not so much of a problem if camping alone. My wife did not appreciate it though.

Very light and small to carry. It was quick to inflate even without a pump. A bit awkward to fold up into the stuff sack, but got easier after the first few times. Possibly a bit noisy to sleep on if moving around, not a big issue.

I bought this bed roll at the airport before backpacking round Norway all weathers. Really supportive for my dodgy back!

The NeoAir Xlite is an awesome piece of luxurious kit. I've used an Xtherm during the winter for a couple of years now and totally loved it. Due to a recent back injury and an upcoming trip to Borneo - I decided to upgrade my old Thermarest Prolite - my 'go-to' summer mat.
As expected I have been over the moon with the results. The Xlite is really comfy, exceptionally light and it packs down to virtually nothing. The regular size is perfect and roomy for my 5'8'' frame; although it's best not to wriggle too much as you could fall off.
The 2015 model is a vast improvement on the previous models and isn't anywhere near as noisy as some folk would have you believe.
Yes they are expensive, but you get what you pay for - comfort, weight and pack-ability all come at a cost.
For 3 season lightweight backpacking etc. the Xlite is hard to be beaten. I was never much a fan of the yellow; much preferring the grey of the Xtherm. But it does brighten up the place and it's kind of grown on me.
I'd highly recommend this product to anyone; just be careful not to puncture it.
