The Men’s Intra Light Hooded Jacket from Mountain Equipement delivers lightweight warmth and performance for cool, dry conditions. Insulated with Aerius synthetic insulation, it offers an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio while remaining highly compressible, making it easy to pack and carry on any adventure. The HELIUM outer fabric is wind resistant, lightweight and highly breathable, while a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish helps shed light rain and snow so the fabric stays drier for longer.

Designed with an alpine fit, the jacket features articulated, pre-shaped sleeves that allow unrestricted movement while still leaving room for layering underneath. The insulated Mountain HC Hood provides reliable protection from the elements and includes a rear adjustment, while remaining helmet compatible when needed. A YKK Vislon centre front zipper with an insulated baffle helps eliminate cold spots behind the zip for added comfort in colder conditions.

Practical storage comes in the form of two zipped hand pockets and a zipped chest pocket, keeping essentials close at hand. Stretch cuffs and dual-tether hem drawcords help seal out wind and allow you to fine-tune the fit. Supplied with a lightweight stuff sack, the jacket packs down small, making it a versatile layer that performs equally well as an outer layer or as part of a layering system on rock, snow or trail.
