Key Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced working environment.
- Recommending appropriate ski boots based on ski ability and foot type
- Customization of Ski boot shells and liners
- Molding of custom insoles
- Encouraging the customer to talk about their skiing abilities and what they are hoping to achieve on their next skiing trip
- Actively encouraging the customer to purchase the appropriate products
Essential Experience
- Confidence when talking to customers
- Key elements of a ski boot
- Ski boot terminology
Desirable Experience
- Prior experience in a boot fitting role would be advantageous
