General

If hill walking, mountaineering, trekking, or climbing in the most challenging alpine environments is your passion, then the Summit Cayesh Futurelight boots from The North Face are a dream come true! These boots are engineered with Futurelight fabric, a synthetic blend based on nanofibers, making them not only waterproof and windproof but also highly breathable. Additionally, this fabric is extra durable to withstand the rugged conditions typically encountered in alpine pursuits.

To ensure your feet stay warm and dry, these boots employ The North Face's double boot design, combining a low-cut, inconspicuous inner boot with the outer boot. An offset waterproof outer zip makes them easy to put on and take off. A BOA twist lock closure with a three-cable construction offers the perfect fit, while the boot's collar is crafted from carbon fiber for superior support and stiffness.

The Vibram sole is constructed from a special rubber compound that delivers exceptional grip, support, and durability, even on slippery surfaces. Furthermore, the Summit Cayesh Futurelight boots are compatible with semi-automatic locking crampons, providing the traction needed for ice and hard snow conditions.

About this brand

sr-tnf-brand-page-header

Few brands inspire confidence like The North Face. Year after year they make some of the best ski wear on the market. Bold colours, flattering fits and this year there’s something even more exciting in the line-up, a new fabric they’ve developed to deliver superior comfort, FUTURELIGHT. An added bonus of FUTRELIGHT is its eco-friendly credentials. Recycled materials go into the product, the waterproof coating comes from PFC-free chemicals while the factory is solar powered. The North Face is named after the coldest, most unforgiving side of a mountain. But it was actually founded in 1966 at an altitude of 150 feet above sea level, on a beach in San Francisco’s North Beach area. Their mission is to provide the best gear, support the preservation of the outdoors and inspire exploration. Judging from this year’s collection, which matches style and rugged protection, they’re still very much on track.
