Burton Process Flying V 2015

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by overall great product Could do with slightly more rocker for soft snow but apart from that its perfect. Great on piste and in the park. 08 April 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice ride For my first snowboard I think it's pretty decent, easy setup and adjustments with in seconds, can't go wrong. Looking forward to taking it to snowboxx mid March and trying it out on the mountain. 02 March 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by fun snowboard for intermediates This is a really nice board to ride and has great feedback. Easy to get used to and build confidence on with great handling and stability. Not the fastest board to ride, possibly due to the flying v design, so you may struggle a bit on the flat but performs well in the powder. You can get some nice little jumps from it without trying to hard and is quite playful but not a park board. Overall a good buy. 01 March 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stability The burton process Flying V has great stability, easy to control and is a great ride from the first time you use it. Bought this board from snow and rock after speaking with their in store expert - board was highly recommended and didn't disappoint. Often saved me from stacking it and catching an edge 24 February 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Snowboard for All Mountain & Park I rented this board once at a resort - it makes such a huge difference compared with a standard rental board. When I got home I decided to buy it with the Mission Bindings. The graphic could've been better, but everything else is great. 26 January 2015

The Burton Process has an upgraded core that creates an even lighter, lift-off-ready deck. The Squeezebox core profiling transfers energy towards the tip and tail for snappier ollies and effortless stability. The Process is a relaxed and floaty Flying V™ board. It's Softer than the Custom, the Process is suited to the freestyle rider, but still capable of all-mountain action as evidenced by the pros who push it.

Glossary

Flying VA blend of camber and rocker, Flying V offers the best of both worlds. Rocker overall, including between and outside your feet, enhancing playfulness and float. Subtle camber zones underfoot focus edge-control for crisp snap, added pop, and powerful turns.
Twin Shape Perfectly symmetrical for a balanced ride that’s equally versatile when ridden regular or switch. Jib, spin, stomp, and butter with a greater balance of freestyle mobility and cat-like stability no matter which way you point it.
Super Fly II™ Core Stronger and lighter woods target specific areas of the core to provide pop, strength, and reduced weight. Further optimized for float in our freeride focused boards, and strength in our park-focused boards.
Frostbite Edges Introduced by Burton long before all the hype about wavy “serrated knife" edges, Frostbite extends out slightly beneath your bindings for tremendous edge-hold on hard, icy conditions. Powerful when you need them, playful when you don’t, Frostbite Edges are hungry for hard-pack while remaining smooth, flowing, and forgiving.
SqueezeboxThis patent-pending technology improves pop and performance through the balance of thicker, more powerful core sections with thinner, more flexible sections. Rider energy is transferred outward from beneath the feet, energizing the tip and tail while making the board snappier, more stable, and easier to manipulate.
Infinite Ride™This Burton-exclusive technology allows us to maximize pop and strength by overbuilding the board, then putting it in a machine that breaks in the board for you. Whether you choose to ride Springloaded, Rocker, or Camber, rest assured that with Infinite Ride™ your board will maintain its flex, pop, and feel from the first day forward, season after season.
