Enter our competition to win a 9 day fly drive holiday to Utah!

By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which relate to the prize draw to ‘win a holiday for two to Utah’.

1.     The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, except employees of Snow & Rock, Utah Office of Tourism, Bon Voyage Travel & Tours Ltd, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition. 

2.     Entries are to be submitted via: https://www.snowandrock.com/en/competition/utah

3.     Only fully completed registrations will be eligible

4.     Only one entry per household and entrants must be over 18 years old

5.     The closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 10th May 2018

6.     The winner will be selected in a random draw by Snow & Rock. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Snow & Rock reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.

7.     The winner’s details can be obtained by sending an SAE to Marketing, Snow+Rock, The Rock, 2 Thornberry Way, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 1QB.

8.     The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.     The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.

10.  It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports or visa and are legally entitled to travel with a full UK passport. Travel and medical insurance are also the winner’s responsibility. Utah Office of Tourism and Bon Voyage Travel & Tours Ltd cannot be held responsible for denied entry to the United States of America.

11.  The holiday prize is for two people to Utah and comprises of:

• Economy return flights for two adults from London to Las Vegas including airline taxes
• 8 night fly drive itinerary across Utah
• Accommodation (one room per night) for the duration of stay:
  • 1 night St George
  • 1 night Monument Valley
  • 2 nights Moab
  • 1 night Capitol Reef National Park
  • 1 night Tropic
  • 1 nights Cedar City
  • 1 night Zion Park area
• One compact size rental car for the duration of stay (minimum driver age 25 years)
• One America the beautiful National Park Pass (valid for two people)
• Prize is valid for travel from 1 September 2018 and 30 April 2019 and must be booked within one month of being offered the prize.
• Travel is not permitted over the following dates: 22 December - 2 January 2019, 19 February 2019, 19-22 April 2019.
• All travel must be completed before the expiry date and no extension of validity will be made.
• Final prize itinerary is subject to change based on travel dates and availability.
• Requested flights are subject to availability.
• Flights are not eligible for the airline’s loyalty points scheme.
• Utah Office of Tourism and Bon Voyage Travel & Tours Ltd are not responsible for any costs due to delay, cancellation or disruption of service or denied boarding compensation.
• Once tickets have been issued, the origin and destination cannot be changed. Any changes to flight time and/or date of travel will carry a change fee.

12.   The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates from 1 September 2018 and 30 April 2019, and is not redeemable for cash or substitution.

13.   The flight tickets are not transferable, refundable or upgradeable and stopovers are not permitted.

14.   The prize excludes:

• Any form of travel or medical insurance.
• Any accommodation extras (eg telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals etc).
• Any personal expenses and spending money.
• Fuel for the duration of stay.
• Any car hire extras (eg upgrades, GPS, personal accident insurance, roadside assistance etc).
• UK transfers.

15.   The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes, if requested.

16.   In the event of unforeseen circumstances Snow & Rock or Utah Office of Tourism reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

17.   No responsibility will be accepted by Snow & Rock for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
