Randonee Gauntlet Gloves

The Randonee Gauntlet gloves are designed for optimum protection during long or multi-day alpine-style climbs, blending durable materials with technical features and a specialized climbing fit. Constructed with a four-way stretch nylon outer, these gloves offer exceptional freedom of movement and resilience against rough surfaces.

Reinforced with Pittards Armortan Goatskin leather patches on the palms and the back of the hands, these gloves are built to withstand high abrasion in key areas. The soft, supple leather also enhances dexterity when handling tools and ropes. Inside, a fiber-pile lining feels cozy against the skin, offering fast-drying, breathable comfort that helps manage moisture from sweat and condensation.

For added convenience, each glove features a reversed suede nose wipe patch reducing the risk of chapping or soreness. The gauntlet design offers extra coverage in icy or snowy conditions, while the climbing fit with pre-curved and articulated fingers reduces bulk and improves precision when handling equipment. The gloves are finished with roll-top ends to minimize seams at the fingertips. A single-handed drawcord closure seals out the elements and allows for easy adjustments. Removable wrist tethers prevent accidental drops, and handy loops on the top of the fingers let you clip the gloves to a carabiner.
