TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Employees of participating companies are not permitted to enter.

Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. There is no cash equivalent and the prize is subject to availability.

Specific terms and conditions for this competition:

1. This Prize Draw (The Promotion) is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.

2. All entries received after the July 12th, will not be accepted.

3. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Automated entries will not be accepted.  Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one entry and/or entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, email addresses, logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries, and that participant may be disqualified at Promoter’s discretion.  

4. Entrants must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win.  Entries must be submitted by the entrant themselves. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be ineligible to win. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified.  

5. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries and any incomplete entries will not be considered valid.  

Winner Selection

6. There will be one winner (The Winners) selected by random draw on July 14th from all valid entries received by July 12th

7. The Winner will be notified of their success by email (Notification Email) within 28 days of the draw taking place, the Winner will have 3 days (72 hours) within which to respond to the Notification Email.

8. If the Winner fails to respond to the Notification Email within the terms specified at term 8 above, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner from the remaining valid entries.

9. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and and/or award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received.  

10. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the website, and/or the legitimate operation of the promotion; to violate the official terms; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

12. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal or greater value where it becomes necessary to do so.

General  

14. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

15. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Promoter or any third party acting on the Promoter's behalf for the purposes of the administration and operation of the Promotion.

16. Upon request, the name and county of the Winner will be made available 28 days after the end of the competition

17. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend the terms and conditions and hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion.  

18. The Promoter’s decision on any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

19. Subject to applicable law, this Promotion and these Official Rules, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) arising from, or related to, this Promotion and these Official Rules.

20. No cash alternative is offered for the prize and products will be substituted should they not be in stock. The provider reserves the right to change the jacket type for a similar product
