The North Face Womens Sangro Jacket
All about this product
General
Sometimes, simplicity is key. The Women's Sangro waterproof jacket is a testament to this philosophy. It's designed to be an exceptional waterproof jacket, without unnecessary frills and pockets. This shell is crafted from lightweight, two-layer DryVent fabric with taped seams and a water-repellent finish. This combination ensures that you stay dry and well-protected from the wind, all while preventing overheating, making it the ideal choice for hiking in unpredictable conditions.
Despite its clean, slim-fitting appearance, the Sangro comes fully equipped with the essential features you need for hiking in inclement weather. It includes a placket over the front zip, Velcro cuffs, a shock cord hem, and an adjustable, stowable hood – all working in harmony to keep wind and rain at bay. Inside, a soft mesh taffeta lining adds comfort, while a smooth brushed knit chin guard protects your chin from the zip. Two handy hand pockets provide practicality and the finishing touch to this exceptional jacket. In the Sangro, you get exactly what you need – no more, no less.

About this brand
Few brands inspire confidence like The North Face. Year after year they make some of the best ski wear on the market. Bold colours, flattering fits and this year there’s something even more exciting in the line-up, a new fabric they’ve developed to deliver superior comfort, FUTURELIGHT. An added bonus of FUTRELIGHT is its eco-friendly credentials. Recycled materials go into the product, the waterproof coating comes from PFC-free chemicals while the factory is solar powered. The North Face is named after the coldest, most unforgiving side of a mountain. But it was actually founded in 1966 at an altitude of 150 feet above sea level, on a beach in San Francisco’s North Beach area. Their mission is to provide the best gear, support the preservation of the outdoors and inspire exploration. Judging from this year’s collection, which matches style and rugged protection, they’re still very much on track.
