Ideal for the likes of the Scottish hills, the lightweight Women’s Downpour Plus Pants are the all-mountain waterproof overtrousers for long days hill walking and scrambling when the weather is changeable.
Weather protection is provided by lightweight but durable recycled Pertex Shield fabric with a PFC-free DWR treatment. With 2.5 layers, it is softer and more supple than a traditional three-layer shell, making it extremely comfortable to wear, as well as lightweight and compact for a streamlined carry.
With an elasticated waistband, a regular fit and full-length side zips, these pants are easily pulled on over walking boots when the weather turns. Integrated knee articulation provides unrestricted movement for high stepping on steeper or more technical terrain and an internal top popper brings instant ventilation whenever the conditions change. Whether you’re trekking in the mountains or hiking in the peaks, it’s well worth a place in your backpack.
