Product information

The Ascent 900 2018 Sleeping Bag from Rab offers quality build and construction, durability and low weight while offering great value for money.

This quality sleeping bag provides reliable protection in wintery conditions, featuring a strong, lightweight, windproof and breathable Pertex Quantum outer, while warmth is provided by high-quality European Duck Down and trapezoidal baffle design. An internal neck baffle and drawstring hood help keep out cold, wintery drafts. The wide mummy fit optimizes comfort while the close-fitting neck baffle design and angled foot box ensure either end of the sleeping bag remains snug.

The glow-in-the-dark puller on the main zip is especially useful when the cold night draws in and light is against you, while the compression stuff sack, cotton storage sack and anti-snag zip guard all come together to increase the transportation and life of the bag.

More about this brand

sr-rab-brand-page-header

The Rab story began in 1981 in the attic of a small, terraced house in Sheffield where Rab Carrington made the first sleeping bag to bear his name. Hand-stitched and devised with his own ingenious eye, Rab's experience from years spent in the mountains was apparent in his designs, and soon there was popular demand from Rab's friends and the growing local climbing community. Now, decades later, those honest, hard-wearing designs can be found all over the world; wherever adventurous individuals face up to the elements. From Himalayan peaks to cold, crisp evenings around a camp fire. This began as the brand's story, but it also belongs to those who've loved and cared for each and every one of our products. Who've made them their companions on long trips and expeditions.
