Designed for the rider looking for a bit of a freestyle edge to their powder and freeride offerings, the Korua Shapes Tranny Finder has a great surfy, back-foot feel in deeper powder while the camber under-foot and wider waist-width makes it a superb carving board on firmer packed snow. While featuring a directional shape and profile, the Tranny Finder is one of the easiest boards in the range to land and ride switch if you're partial to the occasional spin off a nice side-hit or better yet a cliff drop.

The Camber Float profile in question features traditional camber under-foot for stability at speed and power transfer in turns, as well as an early rise rocker nose for added float in fresh powder and a smoother experience when pushing through choppy and mixed snow toward the end of the day. Despite it's directional nature, the Tranny Finder is surprisingly balanced for switch riding given it's shape and profile. We found it to be an easy board to land jumps and drops in switch which isn't neccessarily an essential feature of a powder board but certainly appreciated.

The Poplar Light core and high-grade sintered base make for a fast and nimble experience with minimal leg fatigue despite it's wide nature (big-footed riders will love this board). The use of a biaxial fibreglass lay makes for lovely and natural medium-stiff flex profile while maintaining torsional rigidity.
