New Vacancy - Assistant Store Manager, Snow + Rock – Brighton
Our store located in Brighton, is looking for a new Assistant Manager.
The assistant manager will support the Store Manager in all aspects of the day to day running, sales development, local marketing and profitability of the store. This diverse and busy role involves driving consistently excellent customer service standards in store, managing stock, maintaining processes and delivering excellent visual standards in store as well as help to develop and manage the team.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience preferably gained within a retail environment and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service with an understanding of how this drives sales and affects the bottom line.
You should have a passion and
- Desire to drive sales and profitability
- An interest and passion for winter and outdoor sports including cycling and running
- Keen to develop an understanding of retail KPI’s and how to drive them
- Understanding of visual merchandising
