performance over appearance? Used the boots every day in snowy Bulgaria. My feet have always stayed warm, dry and very comfortable. However only after a week the main material of the boot looks worn and the feathers in the material are sticking out!? 19 January 2013
These are not waterproof I only had these boots on for less than 10 mins. And they started to come apart. By the time I got to the airport the whole boot had frayed 08 January 2013
Great looking boots! I love these boots! I must have put the sales assistant through agony as I tried on almost every pair on the shelf. Although I am not a huge person, I have very large calfs, (all that running as a younger person!!) so trying to get a pair to fit was a long-winded task. However, we got there in the end, with these lovely boots that lace up at the front. They are so comfy, and on the day it snowed I wore them to and from work and they kept me sooo warm. They have great grip, so no sliding around, and they are very stylish - so say my daughters. Thanks Snow and Rock for persisting to find me this super pair of boots. 30 December 2012
Great boots but they weren't right for me The boots were fantastically comfortable but weren't as long in the leg as I had thought. Also the material, although comfortable and waterproof, wasn't very thick and any water/snow could quite easily get through the top or front if they weren't tied securely. Also I found that the top of them wouldn't stay against my leg and would start to fold open. Overall a very comfortable boot but not ideal for walking through snowy Eastern Europe in winter. 02 October 2012
