Glossary

HyVent® 2.5L EC:An applied PU (PolyUrethane) coating combined with a 2.5 print matrix that acts as a dry-touch, half layer coating. This 2.5 half layer adds durability and comfort by physically separating the HyVent PU coating from the skin. HyVent 2.5 eliminated the need for a liner and is commonly referred to as a 2.5 layer fabric. As an alternative to using petroleum-derived materials, it makes use of natural castor oil from beans, reducing the use of synthetic components by 50% compared with conventional fabrics.
