Ok I'm a snowboarder and i bought these gloves because they are lightweight and tight fitting, not to mention good value for £30. However while boarding i fell and used my hands to stay up, after i finished i inspected my gloves and noticed the left thumb had frayed. Superficial damage only but i was dissapointed. Other than that the gloves were excellent and provided the perfect amout of insulation. 01 January 2013
High Quality Glove Bought these gloves especially for the wet, windy and cold walk to work during the winter and I can't recommend them enough. They fit perfectly and even in the most ridiculous downpour (there have been many of late) my hands have stayed completely dry and warm. I've even started using them when I cycle - they're that good. I don't really manage to get up many mountains, but I do spend a lot of time outside in the blistering cold and I always wear these gloves. The price is a little high, but you really do get what you pay for with North Face stuff. 02 November 2012
