I'm sure the ski boots are good but they hurt my feet; I had blisters on both ankles and on one toe even though the boots were moulded to me. See above. I always have problems with hired ski boots, hence buying my own. I had them moulded, tried them at home, went back to say that they were still pressing on my ankles and bunion joints and the lining was heated up and moulded. However, when it came to skiing I ended up with very sore and red ankles, bunion joint and a blister on another toe. Several days after skiing my ankles are still very tender and red and I am aware of the soreness all the time (even without walking or moving). I'm disappointed that we've paid over Â£200 for boots that still damage my feet, but maybe it's my feet. I've given my review for the ski boots here because I really couldn't say how the insole affected the boot and its fit. Certainly, the staff in Snow and Rock have been helpful, polite and friendly and I was hoping to give a better review because I liked the customer service! 05 March 2013

These make such a difference! When trying on my first snowboard boots I thought that there quite comfy but my toes just came out a little too far in the boot. The next size up was too big. When trying on my boots with Superfeet, it really made a vast difference in that your heel gets pulled into the heel mould putting the foot into right fit in the boot. They also support the arches a lot better, which makes a real difference even after wearing the boots for just a little while in the shop. I was so excited about this find that my boyfriend (snowboarder intermediate) wanted to try some in his boot and couldn't believe the comfort these brought. Love these! I first started using insoles when I began to get pain in my knees from running. They help to support your arches to ensure that your ankles, knees and hips all then stay in better alignment. New to Superfeet, I chose the Women's berry as they are more tailored to women's (generally) narrower shoes. Being a size 6, I was right on the cusp of sizes C and D, but after trying both pairs, I found that the smaller size (C) was the better fit - there are instructions included if you're in any doubt. They're a must-have for any flat shoes you wear! 25 October 2012

This product is a good investment. I decided to try this product after I had trouble with the arches of both feet. I was finding that my ankles, knees and back were all hurting from the way I was standing. I was reccommended these insoles by the staff and had them fitted into a pair of trainers. I have not looked back since. At my job I was struggling with standing for long periods of time and walking long distances. I can now do both very comfortably with no pain. It took a few days to get used to the insoles but know I will not wear shoes without them. Well worth it. 12 October 2012

Provides arch spport I have found it does take a few days to get used to the insole as well as the Solomon shoes. I don't have a arch but I hope by wearing these insoles, it will help me gain back my arch. It also makes it easier to wear Solomon walking shoes. The insole feels strong and I'm sure they will last. The only down side is the price which I found expensive. However I have not come across insloes which support the arch in a natural way with out changing the structure of the feet. I'm glad I brought them at the end of the day, feet are important! 26 August 2012
