The sock I've been searching for I purchased these on the strength of the other Smartwool products I had purchased earlier this year (for skiing) and they did not disappoint. I needed running socks for The Rate Race Dirty Weekend that would be wet for sure with 20 miles to cover and as always the need to avoid blistering. These socks were a triumph, comfortable and no blister. They are expensive but when needs must, they are an investment worth their weight in gold. Thanks Smartwool! 09 June 2013
