A good gell with a kick I've used these gels for triathlon and taken them during the bike and the run without any bad side effects (on the stomach!). They're not too thick so very easy to swallow without water. I think the caffine gives an extra kick to keep you focused when getting tired on longer races. 24 September 2012
easy to drink and helps you along the way It is a couple of years since I have bought gel sachets, and these are much more pleasant to swallow than the older types, and gave me a boost of energy each time I needed it. It is always hard to rate these as you don't know how well you would have done without them, but I certainly felt extra energy a short while after taking them, and would do so when I saw a steep slog approaching on the mountain walks 04 September 2012
