Pleasant to drink and seemed to give me that extra bit of stamina for the day We did 6 munros in a week of 5 mountain days, the powder seemed to give me the extra edge over my friend despite me not being particularly fit. It disolved readily and is pleasant to drink. I took two 500ml drinks each morning to hydrate and stock up on carbs, then used gel sachets as and when I felt the need. For more serious events I guess two drinks the night before in addition would benifit. The mix is not sickly sweet and was easily digested 04 September 2012
