Excellent beginners/improvers snowboards I rented a Manic last year in Portes du Soleil. Its a brilliant all conditions ride, i took it out on piste, in the park and deep powder. Its easy to turn, light and stable with a solid, chatter free feel and great edge hold even on super hard groomed pistes (early morning in -34!). If you want an all mountain board at a reasonable price that you can have a lot of fun on I cant recommend this board highly enough. 20 September 2012

The manic is designed for riders that want a board for riding everything but don’t want to shell out a lot for decent quality. That’s why this board is also great for new riders wanting to get a board they can really progress on and keep for a few seasons. Features like the Slimewall sidewalls give it durability and that unmistakable smooth feel that Ride boards with slimewalls are known for. The All Mountain Rocker shape that Ride use also make it really versatile. It’s mostly flat base with a little rocker lift in the nose give it great powder float and re assuring stability when carving. One of our bargain boards if you’re looking to save some cash.
