The 1st pair of rock shoes that I have bought and so far they seem to be doing the job well. They fit great and due to being lace up can be altered to fit in the right places. I'm happy with the overall performance.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Shayla83 Great fit; comfortable to wear
I've recently taken up bouldering, and wanted to find shoes that were good for a beginner and also a comfortable fit (without being too expensive). These fit my foot shape really well, and I can really feel the difference from using rental shoes.

Tried out alot of shoes and found this to be the best. With most climbing shoes your toes have to be curled which I dont like but these are more flatter than most so your toes dont have to be curled. They have a nice inner foot flat section so you can stand on the small holds. A+++

They are great for starters.
Sole is hard, which gives great support. It ached a lot the first time but already second time the moulded to your foot.
laces are great to help with adjusting the snug.
great for people with wider feet.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Butty An excellent rock boot for all seasons and all climbers
I bought these rock shoes to replace my original pair of Sausalitos that, after fourteen years and several re-soles, have gone the journey. My originals never failed to impress in their comfort and performance, so, after trying a range of other shoes recently, I'm not surprised that I ended up buying another pair.
Owning several pairs of rock shoes, ranging from comfortable to agony, I firmly class these as the most comfortable rock shoes I own as they fit as thought they are moulded to my feet. They are not the most technical of shoes, but for this level of comfort, they are surprisingly good and offer a relatively high performance for such comfort.
I prefer a lace fastening over Velcro as I also prefer suede over other materials simply because the tightness and fit of the boot can be moulded much better to fit via laces and suede. The heel on this boot is very slim and without the agony inducing extreme return on the Achilles heel found in more technical shoes. This improves the comfort considerably and extends the length of wear period, but without reducing the function of heel-hooking or heel-jamming too much.
I would recommend this rock shoe without hesitation to all climbers. It is a most excellent shoe for a beginner because of the comfort, yet it will also be praised and recognised by intermediate and advanced climbers because of it's minimal compromise of comfort over technical performance.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by RobA A great shoe that fits well
I'm a novice indoor climber and wanted my own shoes so that I don't have to hire a pair each time I climb. I wanted some close fitting shoes but I'm past the age where I'm willing to put up with discomfort to become a great climber. These shoes fit the bill perfectly - they're close fitting but also fairly comfortable.

With rock shoes, the important thing is the fit and in this case, I'm happy with the fit and the performance so far - only used them a handful of times to date. I just wish they were cheaper!
