Fantastic product for added support in ski boots. I was recommended Superfeet Black by the knowledgeable ski staff at Snow and Rock. I have always had quite a low arch in my foot and had been recovering from a sprained ankle.... and these superfeet made my return to skiing much more comfortable. They support your ankle and foot arch making ski boots fit well and feel more comfortable. Highly recommended. Just make sure you get your feet measured instore beforehand, as depending on foot size/width, ankle size and arch size, you require different sizes/colours of superfeet. 20 May 2013

Foot Pain. I was persuaded to buy these (merino ones) for my new ski boots. Seemed like a good idea at the time, but the first day on the slope my boots nearly crippled me. By using these insoles over the original ones, they raise your whole foot up meaning I ended up with a part of the boot digging into the soft flesh between my ankle and arch. When I took the boots off, I could barely walk. I managed to find a pair of ordinary insoles and it was like wearing gloves. I also tried them in my Sidi cycling shoes and they made them incredibly uncomfortable as well. 29 March 2013

So comfortable- fantastic! I recently went to Snow and Rock to purchase a pair of ski boots. There they recommended Superfeet. The insoles give my feet great support and I can tell a massive improvement in control and balance whilst skiing. I'm diabetic so I'm always looking for ways to look after my feet. The Superfeet insoles mean I don't have to over tighten the boots and can maintain good blood flow. 19 November 2012

Great support but a little too hard on the feet The principle behind these inner soles is great as compared to some other generic off the shelf options, these seem to think about overall foot structure rather than just increasing the arch support inside the shoe. These inner soles prevent your foot from collapsing by supporting the sole just in front of the heel all along to the balls of your toes - this reduced the level of bruising I'd experienced in my arch and straightened my calves. Took a while to get used to but has added pain free distance. The only issue is they are a little hard under foot and provide less cushioning that your trainers original inner sole (most likely). I don't want much, but more than the 1 mm of material that's provided. The plastic structure under the heel area is very firm and I could feel it in my feet after a few hours of running However, I'd take posture/gate/arch support over a bit of bruising any day so still rate these highly as an interim step prior to custom made orthotics 02 October 2012

Works in all footwear Good for 'summer' shoes, such as plimsolls! As it is very thin it will fit in any footwear. 03 June 2012
