Warm feet, battery casing not fit for purpose
Have to echo the comments of others concerning lack of robustness and also stiffness of the connectors. After 4 days' use, both battery packs had broken clips, and this was emphatically NOT the result of impact from chairlifts. These plastic clips just aren't up to the job. Luckily the extreme stiffness of the connectors ensured the pack didn't just drop off in the powder. At these prices, such issues should not occur.
However the heating works a treat.

Basically brilliant but not a very long shelf life!!
Four years ago I bought these at vast expense when the Hotronic heaters I had finally gave up (they were never very good).
Two years ago the back of one of the batteries came unstuck, but still worked with an elastic band round it. I decided to glue it carefully back on .... a very simple and straightforward job. The battery didnt work!! I then had to buy another battery .... at vast expense again (£75).
They have workerd well for the last two years but this year the slot for the plug on one of the batteries shattered so the plug kept falling out and had to taped in! Then the cable came unattached from the other plug ..... more taping!! This was a total pain as each night I had to untape the connections in order to charge the batteries and then repeat the surgery all over again the following day!! I feel very agrieved.
When the heaters did work they were honestly fantastic and lasted ALL day. I am bitterly disappointed.

The charger didn't work on the first pack I bought (luckily I tested them before I left for my ski trip). On the second the clip on the battery pack snapped the very first time I used them and the connectors are so stiff it is really difficult to disconnect them. On a positive note they keep my feet warm!

Toasty feet, sore fingers
Did these heat my feet up? Yes. Were they easy to use? No. Diligently following the instructions NOT to pull the cables out of the batteries by the wires (the instructions clearly show the user getting hold of the little plug itself instead), my fingers were raw by the time I'd managed to get them both out - that's the cables from the boots to the batteries and then again the chargers to the batteries. Although I'm very grateful for warm feet, I also think the price tag - £150 - is very steep.

Works well but quality poor
I used the boot warmers for the first time on my recent skiing holiday and unfortunately after 2 days the clips that slide on to the boots on one of the warmers had snapped off by the time i came t take my boots off that day. Not great after only 2 days use! The actually warmers worked well and on the lowest setting last all day.

Great warmth but poor quality clip
Lovely warm toes, shame the clips completely shattered on both batteries on day 1 despite having them fitted to the side of my boots as recommended, and no wipeouts!!!! I think the plastic just becomes too brittle in the cold. Nice warmers, but just too flimsy. Would have hoped for better quality materials as I'd expect to get at least 5 years use from this product :(
