Cut dubious for women, although very generous, pocket zip could be better Pros: 1. Performance: Excellent jacket for Autumn and Spring in Russia (gets down to -30dC here). I'm a cold fish so have used it as an extra insulation layer when its -30dC, and on its own as a jacket when its been over 7dC. Small and light enough to always have with you. Perfect. Cons: 1. Jacket designed to fit into its own pocket, which it does. Would have been good if the zip was stronger and had a reversible zip pull so that you could do up the zip easily when the jacket is stuffed in the pocket. Now the jacket sort of spills out of the open pocket, the pocket zip is lightweight/flimsy and I dont want to test it by doing it up against the pressure of the contained jacket. 2. The cut is strange for women. I'm a size 10/12 top, bought the size 12 jacket. Its tight across my shoulders and loose around my waist. I'm not shaped particularly like a V so this is odd. 3. Colour. Look at what RAB are doing, they have some great colours. I'm looking forward to when the top sports kit gets away from black/red/blue/orange. Not everyone is buying this stuff to go to the North Pole. For me its just to survive the trip to work in the arctic conditions where I work in winter. I bought the 'lotus blue' which is a sort of vibrant purpley dark blue which was less stand out than the orange, ageing as the grey or boring as the black. 20 May 2013
