Hot Ginger Muscle Rub is a sports massage in a tube with a blend of premium grade Ginger Root, Rosemary, and Sweet Fennel essential oils that deliver powerful topical warming and soothing actions to help ease fatigued muscles.

  • Rub a pea sized amount of Hot Ginger Muscle Rub into each affected muscle group as part of your sports recovery routine. The non-greasy blend used by sports physios for massage, can also be used pre exercise to "warm up" the muscles. Its heat re-activates during exercise so perhaps best avoided on a warm day! Post exercise the blend is an excellent aid to recovery of muscle fatigue and stiffness.
