Yaktrax Walker Large
Yaktrax Walker Large 1 1
Does what it says on the pack My husband and I both wore yaktrax on our recent ski holiday. On snow and ice they worked brilliantly, we felt very confident that we wouldn't slip. They are also ok when walking into the indoors - a bar or restaurant. They don't damage the floor but are a little bit slippy on smooth tiled floors for example, you have to walk a bit carefully. He had large which fitted very easily over size 9 trainers and I had medium, which were a little tight over my size 7 walking boots. I stamped my feet to get the snow off when entering a building and they flicked off onto the floor, I think because they only just fitted on, so be careful. 13 January 2014

The Yaktrax Walker is designed for people who are looking for an easy-to-use, lightweight traction device for their shoes. The Yaktrax Walker is ideal for pedestrians, the elderly, business people or anyone who wants greater stability on ice and snow. The Walker is made out of an injection molded thermal plastic elastomer designed for easy on and off. The coils are protected against rusting and hand-wound to give you 360 degrees of traction on ice and snow. When you walk in the Yaktrax Walker, every step you take places hundreds of biting edges in direct contact with the ice beneath your feet. Yaktrax can be worn in temperatures as low as -41 degrees Fahrenheit.
