Rated 5 out of 5Â by Ritariba Got rid of knee and foot pain. Excellent service
I have been wearing orthotics for a while. My current pair were no longer doing their job, leading to tendinitis in my knee and pain in my foot. I had to wait for 4 months for an NHS appointment, and with an active holiday right around the corner, I went into the Birmingham branch and got a pair of these in the meantime.
They were great! We hiked and did lots of walking in cities and in the countryside, and my pain completely disappeared! Service was excellent. The staff member explained they would not do as good a job as orthotics (and I don't expect they will last as long either) but as a second-best solution they were great and saved my long-awaited vacation.

I have very very high arches. Was suffering with back ache and various pains in my legs. A physio suggested I get some insoles made. I had some made in a high street sports shop of a different brand but the shape collapsed slightly. I decided to try the brand which Snow and Rock offered. I am very impressed with this product. It was moulded to my foot in the shop. I have worn them everyday for at least a month. they have kept their shape and therefore my arches supported. if I don't wear them I get backache so to be honest I can't live without them at the moment. This product was actually my cheapest option also.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Themomento Good fit, but will change shoe fit
These mould very nicely, and work well in my ankle-supported boots, however they changed the fit on my approach shoes. They push your feet up and out a little bit so the shoe doesn't grip perfectly everywhere. The problem is is that you won't know how they fit before you pay, so just be aware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ChelseaAndrew This product saved me £1,440...
I got these after being quoted £1,500+ for custom orthotics for foot and knee pain. They support my feet very well: my chiropractor and foot specialist agree that my foot is stabler now. I love them.
PS. The salesman/fitter, Will, was very clear that he was NOT a podiatrist and all he could promise was that I would feel more support (ie not correction). He delivered all that and more.

I have to wear safety boots most of the day, for my job. In the past I have had problems with pain in my feet after a days work. Although expensive these in soles give proper support to my feet and mean that my feet stay comfortable during the day, and I have no problems after work with discomfort.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by paulg No more sore feet!
I took up golf a few years ago, but now I'm getting older, have started to suffer with very sore feet and stiff ankles. Can't do much about the ankles as I was born with a problem which won't go away. However, having had ski boots with moulded insores since buying my first skis, I decided to invest in a pair for my golf shoes. The ones I went for aren't as stiff as for ski boots, but are suitable for shoes/walking boots, etc. They aren't cheap (around 50 quid), but cheaper than a new pair of shoes I had been considering. The insoles are a major improvment for the sore feet I have been suffering, now that my feet are supported where needed. I can move them around my different shoes too. If you're into golf, walking, or maybe even cycling, they're well worth thinking about if after some comfort. Made my golf my more pleasurable. Just need to learn how to hit the ball properly now!

I have been suffering with Platar Facitis and the NHS podiatrist made me a pair of insoles which were frankly a joke.
I went to the Didsbury store and had a pair of insoles fitted and they are far superior, so much so I am going back to get another pair.
They do take a bit of time to get used to but may advice is persevere, I now wear them for everything I do, climbing, running, gym and just walking around.
