Black Diamond Women's Primrose SA Harness
Sit for hours!
I used to have the purple version of this harness in size medium but when I lost weight it was no longer safe and I needed to get something smaller. When shopping around I tried all sorts of different brands and models, but I kept coming back to the Primrose, and ended up getting the smaller size.
It might be lower end of the spec compared to other harnesses, but it does everything I need it to, and for me comfort is the most important factor as you can spend hours sitting in one of these things, which I can easily do in the Primrose.
It has great anatomical ratios - it's important for me to get a female-specific fit as my thighs are large compared to the size of my waist, and the thigh loops on men's and even some female harnesses tend to dig in uncomfortably, but this is not at all a problem with this model.
There are two features I wish could be improved:
1. The plastic gear loops look a bit tacky and I would prefer something made out of strong fabric
2. There is only one-sided adjustment at the front, I love bilateral adjustments
(such as on the Petzl Corax) to get a symmetrical fit
However neither of these things are significant enough to challenge how comfortable it is, and why I will choose the Primrose over harnesses that have better gear loops or bilateral adjustments.

My daughter loves it!
I bought this harness for my daughter - she chose it herself and absolutely loves it. Before this she was using centre or group harnesses and she finds this far more comfortable with excellent padding. So far quality and materials seem really good - you get what you pay for!

Comfortable to wear and good value
Have recently taken climbing up and wanted my own gear, as expensive to hire.
This harness is comfortable and doesn't make you hot. All the adjustable parts are easy to move.
Price was good so good value.

A great all rounder
This is my second BD Primrose and I love it! Great for indoor or out, super lightweight, adjustable and comfortable. The waist buckle has changed from the older version to be double backed already, and the legs while adjustable a engineered slightly different than the older version but you get used to the changes quickly. Take time to get sized in store even if you have had one of these before. Can't beat the price and the colour is great too.

Excellent all round harness
I bought this harness as a fairly new climber and wanted something that could be used in and outdoors- it's lightweight, very comfortable and has some excellent features like one handed leg fasteners and plenty of loops. The peacock colour is very pretty too!
