There are better on the market Its heavy compared to the raid light and salomon double bottle belts. It doesn't sit comfortably on the hips whilst running. I would use it for fast walking in summer to avoid carrying a rucksack but not for running. I bought it in a rush. Wish I'd have waited. 24 September 2012
