Most comfortable base layer I've owned! Bought this to replace an icebreaker merino base layer that I somehow managed to lose. Wasn't expecting it to be as comfortable as icebreaker but I was impressed the moment I tried it on. I've owned around 7 different brands of base layer over the years in loads of different activities, sea kayaking, mtb-ing, ice & rock climbing, running, skiing etc so have a fair bit experience of what works well and what doesn't. Firstly the comfort is better than I've felt before. Secondly warmth was spot on for skiing, though to be fair probably too hot for any non winter activity. Thirdly, wicking and odour control was really impressive. Price, with most similar products was a bit steep but feels like a case of you get what you pay for! Overall great product especially for winter sports so I'd definitely recommend. 01 April 2013
