The Mountain Hardwear Trango 2 is a four season 2-person tent that features a double wall expedition design. Its canopy combines fire-retardant nylon knit mesh and nylon ripstop fabrics, while the fly and floor use a durable nylon taffeta fabric with a DWR coating. It features the Evolution Tension Arch, as well as 2 Tension shelves that strengthen the tent structure and provide storage space. It also has Atlas Scandium XL poles, a clip design that allows for ease of set up, reflective guy-out loops and zipper pulls, and superlight 1/4? buckles and webbing. Finally, it has 2 dry entry vestibules, 2 dual canopy and mesh doors and 1 SVX window with excellent UV and cold resistance. DIMENSIONS (heightxlengthxwidth): 113x234x168cm. FLOOR AREA: 41 SQ.FT. PACKED WEIGHT: 4.57kg. PACKED SIZE: 61x19cm. GLOSSARY - DWR (Durable Water Repellent): Beads-up water on fabric surfaces to stop it soaking into the fibres. Maintains breathability and shortens drying times. EVOLUTION TENSION ARCH: Panels of low-stretch fabric along the pole connection arcs reinforce the pole structure and stabilize the tent. ATLAS SCANDIUM XL POLE SYSTEM: Dual diameter system made using strong scandium Aluminium resists high winds and heavy snow. Uses cold forged connectors and special shock cord with threaded aluminium tips. Narrow and light in the middle, wider at primary stress points.
