Once exchanged a great product
I bought this to replace the one my husband had confiscated at the airport when he'd forgotten it wasin his hand luggage. The first one I bought needed exchanging because the spring had gone on the scissors but this was done with no questions asked - but I did have the receipt. My husband takes it ski-ing with him in case of minor repairs to his skis etc., and needs it for a trip next week. Great product!

Great tool for the job.
I bought a leatherman wave to use at work.
For my job in the armed forces I spend a lot of time out in the field.
This tool has great advantages for my use including a vast range of tools and great build quality.
It had got me through a lot of times when things need to get done precisely and would recommend it to anybody who needs a reliable tool that will work and preform at any time you require it to.
Not to bulky but packs a lot.
