Sales Support Adviser - Guildford
Working as part of our busy e-Commerce team, you will provide high level service to our customers either by phone or email. You will be responsible for processing and tracking our customers’ orders as well as the internal administration of these orders through to effective delivery.
You will ensure that first customer contact is dealt with in a timely and efficient manner or forwarded to the relevant person elsewhere in the Business.
You must have a friendly and empathetic telephone manner that has been acquired whilst working in a previous customer facing environment.
Good PC skills are required together with excellent communication and organisational skills. You must demonstrate the ability to handle customer complaints, issues and queries in line with our Company Policies and Procedures.
An interest in outdoor sports including Snow sports, cycling and running will put you at an advantage.
Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 and during the winter you will be required to work some Saturdays by prior arrangement.
