New Vacancy : Assistant Manager – West Hampstead
We are looking for a new Assistant Manager for our West Hampstead store.
The store has been a cornerstone of the high street in West Hampstead for twenty five years and has a great reputation in North West London. The store appeals to a broad range of customers from road riders and commuters to families, mountain bikers and parents who need their buggy fixed.
The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated with a sunny disposition and have a mature outlook to suit the local consumers. They will also need an open mind to meet the needs of every different type of cyclist. This is a local bike shop with lots of history so the assistant manager will assist in giving customers the reassurance that they have come to expect over the last twenty-five years that they are in safe hands.
The assistant manager will support the manager in the daily running of the store to exceed sales turnover, maintain high shop standards as well as be responsible for managing and motivating the team in his absence. You will ensure that the highest level of customer service is achieved
