Would nat wear anything but Inov8s I was allways getting niggly injurys here and there. Then I discovered Inov8s and not had anyproblems since. They do grip and this means they wear out faster due to softer rubber but I would rather wear out my shoes than my joints. Realy good for confidence building as they stick so well. 01 July 2012
