If you would prefer your bare feet to have grip resembling tractor tyres rather than actually wearing running shoes, then these are definitely for you. Fabulous minimal fell shoes
Inov8 have managed what I considered near impossible - to combine fell shoe and minimal shoe. Great grip, whilst also maintaining a brilliant feel of the ground. Fabulous stuff.
Like all minimal shoes they take a little getting used to. Having run in VFFs for 2 years now and struggled over more rugged ground with them its been great, but I can see how going from a standard fell shoe to the Bare Grips would be akin to going from trainer to VFFs. Take your time with the transition!
