The Haglofs Men’s Shield Jacket is a wind and water resistant soft shell that is easily packable for handy protection when you’re on the move. FlexAble™ fabric panels in the back and underarms give you great freedom of movement and maximum breathability without restriction. A high collar provides a bit of extra protection from the elements whilst elasticated cuffs with thumb loops and an easily adjustable hem ensure a secure and comfortable fit. The jacket is highly compressible and can be stored in its own chest pocket to fit easily into your pack without taking up unnecessary space.

Glossary

FlexAble™:FlexAble™ are 4-way stretch fabrics that provide comfort and freedom of movement. These membrane free fabrics combine excellent vapour permeability with wind resistance and freedom of movement making them ideal for physically demanding outdoor activities. A DWR outer coating makes the fabrics water repellent whilst the inner surface is constructed to wick moisture away from the body. PFOS/PFOA free.

DWR (Durable Water Repellent): A DWR-treated fabric will bead-up water on its surface to stop it from soaking into the fibres. This maintains breathability and shortens drying times.
