Excellent comfy approach shoes
Living in the UAE, the Al Hajar mountain range is pretty harsh and the terrain is sharp and loose. Ive worn the shoes out 5 times now and so far they've been excellent. They are above all comfy and light and seem pretty durable.

Not an all rounder.
I have read a few mixed reviews about these shoes and in my opinion this shoes is perfect for what is meant to do do- a specific mountain approach shoes. They are the best on rocks and aren't really a walking shoe. I have climbed all day in them on long easy ish climbs where a rock shoe would kill my feet. They are brilliant for scrambling and really grippy. My partner also has the men's version and recommended them to me, I tried them out on a 13 pitch climb (they are light and easily packed in a small ruck sack) I wore them for the first 4 pitches to climb in and they were brilliant, I then wore them for the descent which involved a lot of rather airey via-ferrata, and they held up to job I felt secure and although my toes were a bit sore after the 4 hour descent, I think I had chosen them to be slightly small for the climbing aspect, but overall a good mountain shoe.
