Ideal for Mountain Biking Bought these as an alternative to clip ins. More comfortable in flats but needed something that would stick to the pedals but didn't want a heavy shoe and find some MTB specific shoes to be quite bulky. These are great. Look and feel like a normal trainer. Sticky stealth grip ideal for sticking to my flats. Really comfortable. Great price on the sale! 22 June 2012
