Great for blisters! I have just returned from an Alpine trek, these were unbelievably useful! Although I only got one blister throughout the trek, I used this and within a couple of days the blister healed up. The technology this uses is amazing, it was like I had a second skin protecting me! I also leant these out to my friend who unfortunately picked up more blisters that me, and they said the same thing, this stuff is amazing. Also it is at a great price, making it a must have for any trekker or walker! 17 June 2012
