| Omni-Tech™: | Omni-Tech's first layer of defence is Omni-Shield™, which prevents most water from ever making contact with the inner layers. Next, a microporous membrane provides the primary impervious layer of defence by completely blocking the passage of water molecules into the fabric. Omni-Tech membranes are 100% air permeable, which allows moisture vapours to escape. This superior breathability keeps you dry from the inside out. Lastly, lining materials protect the Omni-Tech membrane from underneath, while adding additional wicking properties. |

| Wicking: | The act of transferring moisture from the skin to the outer layer of a garment quickly and efficiently, where it evaporates. Provides a drier more comfortable environment inside a piece of clothing/equipment. |
| Tricot: | Is a non-elastic fabric that will hold its shape for a number of years. Because tricot is fairly durable, the lining will also show very little in the way of wear or tear, even with frequent use. |
| Microtemp: | A microfibre insulation with similar performance to down. |
| Critically seam sealed: | Only the main seams of the garment are taped with a high quality waterproof band. |
